A message from our Director

I am a passionate supporter and advocate for people with disability, and after working in the sector for over 25 years, I knew the time was right to establish a service that would support people with disability in a way that they wanted, and that met their needs, not the other way around.

What started as a small one-person service on the Sunshine Coast in 2017, has now grown to the greater Brisbane region and surrounds, and the Gold Coast, employing over 100 people who support more than 250 people with disability.

My team and I share a vision that puts people first – placing people at the centre of every support and service we provide.

That means asking questions, and checking we understand what a person wants and needs, so we can match them with a support team and activities that are right for them to live their best life.

I am so proud of the work we do, and humbled that so many people with disability and their families put their trust in us to achieve their goals to live, work, and play in their local communities.
