Community Services Bespoke Solutions (CSBS) Founder Vickie Starr & her team empower people who require support to live their daily lives through collaborative design and delivery of, or connection to friendly and flexible supports including:

CSBS works with you to design a support solution that you want, and that suits your unique situation.

CSBS is independently operated and is a Registered NDIS Provider with years of experience in supporting people with a disability to live their best lives.

CSBS is an evolution.

Vickie Starr created CSBS after being contacted by customers she had worked with in the past who were seeking an alternative that they could inform the design of.

They were unhappy with the services and supports they were receiving with other providers.

Vickie knew she could offer a better service – a service more tailored for and designed by her customers.

A service that is highly personalised, flexible, friendly and above all – one that delivered real choice in the supports and structures designed for each customer to enable them to live the life they wanted to live.

With extensive experience in working directly with people with a disability and their families, and having worked on the NDIS since 2011, Vickie saw an opportunity to do better.

And so, in 2018 Community Services Bespoke Solutions was born.

 

The NDIS can be a complex system.

It’s still so very new, and can be at times confusing and overwhelming. Not just for the participants and their families but also the support workers, the service providers, the allied health workers and everyone else involved.

To provide a great service, any provider in this marketplace must be dynamic and agile to be able respond to the changing nature of the disability support ecosystem.

Under Vickie’ s experienced guidance, CSBS will continue to evolve to meet the needs of the clients and the changes in the disability landscape as they arise.

Specialisation: Service management and design; Service Development; Business Development; Business Requirements analysis; self-assessment and quality system and documentation development, tender development and writing and project management

The founder and Director of Community Services Business Solutions coordinates the team and project manages each project.

Vickie has worked her entire career within Community Services from frontline Support Worker to National and Executive roles.  In large and small organisations, Vickie has led Service Delivery operations, Service design and rectification projects, Business Development teams, Marketing, Quality and Risk management operations as well as business transformation, strategic planning and new service establishment under the NDIS models.  Vickie has been working on the NDIS design principles since 2011, has established multiple NDIS services in multiple states and worked with numerous organisations to enhance their capacity to respond to the NDIS system.  Vickie has completed large scale tenders and service provider approvals, including all documentation development and NDIS registrations nationally, and is currently working directly with families and people with a disability to design innovative service responses specific to their situation, life goals and desires aligned to their NDIS plan.
