Workplace Employee Support Service (WESS)
WESS is a freely accessible system that encourages staff to contact a professional and seek guidance on all manner of issues relating to emotional and professional well-being, from self-esteem & confidence to dealing with grief and loss and workplace development, to name only a few. The calls are confidential, and you talk to a qualified professional. This service is available to you, and we encourage our Support Workers to connect.
Additional financial support for overnight stays
Owing to our industry experience and history as Support Workers we offer additional financial support where appropriate. Pay for overnight stays and disturbances exceed minimums to incentivise staff.
Training and development
CSBS offer regular training and workshops that encourage continued staff development. At CSBS we see this as an investment. This reciprocal practice increases positive outcomes for our participants, staff, and team – everyone wins. We know that when employees’ skills are invested in, we can provide better services and, most importantly, you feel empowered to do your job confidently.
