The NDIS often talks about goals – setting them, working towards them, achieving them, and celebrating the milestones along the way. At CSBS, helping participants achieve their goals is part of what we do as a registered provider. But to us, it’s so much more than ticking a box on a plan.
It’s about walking the journey together, understanding what matters most to each person, and working out how we can best fit into that story – whether that means providing support and encouragement, or simply cheering from the sidelines, believing as the journey unfolds.
We’re proud to be part of that story – to celebrate the big victories and the quieter moments of progress alike.
With that in mind, we’re excited to share a very special milestone achieved by one of the incredible individuals we support.
This person recently completed a Certificate III in Animal Care Services – a significant achievement powered by a deep passion for animals. At home, they care for their own pets with love, and now they’re one step closer to transforming that passion into a fulfilling career.
Next up is a volunteer placement with a local animal refuge – a wonderful opportunity to gain hands-on experience, strengthen skills, and contribute to the community.
But this journey isn’t just about study or qualifications. It’s about building a full, vibrant life. Outside of their animal care work, they enjoy social activities like BINGO, getting out into the community, and spending quality time with family. They bring warmth, determination, and a sense of joy to those around them – and we’re honoured to be part of their support network
