NOW SUPPORTING MELBOURNE

Clinically Governed. Structured. Specialist. Registered

Registered. Responsive. Reliable.

CSBS is governed by a person-led philosophy of support and built around one simple idea: the people we support come first.

  • 100% compliant and NDIS registered
  • Person-led, not provider-first
  • Responsive intake team – no waitlist limbo
  • Clear, consistent communication
  • Trusted by Support Coordinators
  • Real time reporting, PATH plannig, better training and more

If you need a partner who can take on complex referrals, deliver sustainable outcomes, and communicate every step of the way — we’d love to be a part of your story.

Mandatory SIL Registration is changing the NDIS!

From 1 July 2026, all providers delivering Supported Independent Living (SIL) will be required to be NDIS registered under new rules introduced by the Australian Government. The change is designed to strengthen safety, quality standards, and accountability in higher-risk supports.

CSBS is already an NDIS registered provider and has always supported strong safeguards and high-quality standards. At the same time, we believe regulation must continue to protect participant choice, control, and trusted support relationships.

As the NDIS evolves, our commitment remains the same — supporting people to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own home.

Changes are coming to the NDIS. We’re here to help you adapt with confidence.

Success Stories.

Respect complexity, embrace individuality.

At CSBS, we believe every person’s story matters. Behind every support plan is a journey – sometimes hard, sometimes hopeful, but always HUMAN.

Our approach isn’t just about meeting NDIS goals – it’s about supporting lives. These stories below highlight how our human-first, data-informed approach changes the trajectory of people’s lives and how our Golden Thread philosophy ties it all together.

We turn everyday support data into meaningful advocacy. By documenting progress, needs, and outcomes carefully, we help strengthen plan reviews, protect funding, and ensure the people we support are heard within the NDIS system.

Our Melbourne Intake Team

As CSBS expands into Melbourne, our local support teams are already in place delivering specialised 1:1 and 1:2 supports for people with complex needs.

To ensure every referral is handled thoughtfully and efficiently, our Melbourne Intake Team works closely with participants, families, and Support Coordinators to understand individual needs, guide the intake process, and connect people with the right support team.

Danika and Annie are the primary points of contact for Melbourne referrals, helping ensure each new support journey begins with clarity, collaboration, and a strong understanding of what matters most.

Annie Lillywhite.

Annie brings over 25 years of experience in the community services sector, spanning disability, mental health, homelessness, and family services. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Social Welfare) from Charles Sturt University and Diplomas in Governance and Management.

Danika Dillon.

Relationship Manager

Danika is CSBS’s Business Development and Customer Relationship leader with nearly 30 years of experience in the disability sector. As one of our first points of contact you can expect a good laugh and a tonne of understanding.

Her career began after completing work experience at a Specialist Development School, where she discovered a natural passion for advocacy, connection, and supporting people with disability to live meaningful, self-directed lives. That early experience shaped her long-term commitment to working within the disability sector.

Danika focuses on building strong partnerships, strengthening service quality, and improving access to high-quality supports. Combining  sector knowledge, strategic thinking, and genuine compassion to help ensure the voices of people with disability remain central to decision-making.

Danika is passionate about creating environments where people feel respected, empowered, and supported to live the life they choose.
