Plan Management

A Plan Manager supports you by paying your services for you and tracking and monitoring expenditure. They provide advice about what supports you can use your plan funding for.

Plan Management is like having an accountant to do the plan administration for you!

A plan manager will manage the NDIA portal, invoicing and payment processes and provide you with reports and statements, so that you don’t have to worry about it.

CSBS works collaboratively with plan managers to achieve the best outcome for you.

If you already have an existing plan manager you are happy to work with – great! We can work with them.

If you don’t have a plan manager but are looking for one we can recommend Specialised Plan Management.
